If you are in downtown Knoxville, head towards the Tennessee River. From Market Square, walk south on Gay Street until you reach the intersection with Clinch Avenue. Turn right on Clinch Avenue, and continue walking for about 0.3 miles. The Sunsphere will be on your left at 810 Clinch Ave, easily recognizable by its golden orb at the top.
Public Transit (Bus)
If you're near a Knoxville Area Transit (KAT) bus stop, take the KAT Blue Line route that services downtown. Get off at the stop nearest to World's Fair Park (where the Sunsphere is located). From the bus stop, walk towards Clinch Avenue, and you will see the Sunsphere at 810 Clinch Ave, just a short walk away.

For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from one of the local bike-sharing services. Start at one of the bike stations downtown and head towards the Tennessee River.
