If you are in downtown Memphis, start at the corner of Main Street and Union Avenue. Head west on Union Avenue for about four blocks. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. After a short walk, you will see the Cotton Museum at the Memphis Cotton Exchange on your right at 65 Union Ave, which is marked by a sign outside the building.

If you prefer to use public transit, take the MATA bus line 50 or 51 from the nearest bus stop to your location. Make sure to check the MATA website for the latest schedule. Get off at the Union Ave @ 4th St stop. From there, walk east on Union Avenue for two blocks until you reach 65 Union Ave. The Cotton Museum will be on your left.

For those who enjoy biking, there are bike lanes available in downtown Memphis. You can rent a bike from one of the local bike share programs. Start at Memphis Riverfront Park and bike towards the south on Riverside Drive, then turn right onto Union Avenue. Continue on Union Avenue until you reach 65 Union Ave. The Cotton Museum will be on your left side.
