From the center of Murfreesboro, head northwest on E Main St toward N Church St. Continue straight for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with S Church St. Turn left onto S Church St and continue for another 0.5 miles. At the fork, merge onto I-24 N and follow the signs toward Nashville. After about 30 miles, take exit 48A toward US-41 N/US-70 N. Continue on US-41 N for about 2 miles, then take a left onto Rep. John Lewis Way N. The Downtown Presbyterian Church will be on your left at 154 Rep. John Lewis Way N.

Turn left, and you will see the Downtown Presbyterian Church at 154 Rep. John Lewis Way N.
