If you are starting from the Murfreesboro Square (the city center), head southeast on E Main St toward S Church St. Continue on E Main St for about 0.5 miles until you reach S Rutherford Blvd. Turn left on S Rutherford Blvd and walk for another 0.8 miles. You will see a sign for Volunteer Rd. Turn right onto Volunteer Rd, and Wilderness Station will be on your left after approximately 0.3 miles.

From the Murfreesboro Transit Center (located at 1112 N. Thompson Lane), take Bus Route 1 towards the Medical Center. Ride for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop near the intersection of S Rutherford Blvd and Volunteer Rd. From there, walk east on Volunteer Rd for about 0.3 miles, and you will find Wilderness Station on your left.

If you have access to a bicycle, start at the Murfreesboro Square and head east on E Main St. After about 0.5 miles, turn left onto S Rutherford Blvd and bike for about 0.8 miles.
