From Nashville Music Row, head southeast on 16th Ave S toward W End Ave. Turn right onto W End Ave and continue straight for about 1 mile. Merge onto I-40 E via the ramp on the left toward Knoxville. After approximately 2 miles, take exit 213A for I-65 S toward Huntsville. Stay on I-65 S for about 4 miles, then take exit 78A for Nolensville Pike. Merge onto Nolensville Pike and continue for about 4 miles. The Nashville Zoo at Grassmere will be on your left at 3777 Nolensville Pk. Expect to pay for parking at the zoo, which is typically $5.
