It is a large building with a welcoming facade and plenty of signs indicating its presence.

If you are near the Pigeon Forge Trolley stop, board the Trolley on the Green Line headed towards the Island. Stay on for approximately 10-15 minutes, and disembark at the stop for 2861 Parkway.
