From Ruby Falls, head southeast on Ruby Falls Rd toward TN-148 S (Cummings Hwy). Continue for about 1.5 miles until you reach the intersection with TN-148 S. Turn left onto TN-148 S and continue for approximately 2 miles. Merge onto I-24 W via the ramp to Nashville and travel for about 6 miles. Take exit 178 for US-27 N towards Chattanooga. Continue on US-27 N for about 2 miles. Take exit 1A toward Broad St. Follow Broad St for approximately 0.5 miles, then turn left onto Manufacturer's Rd. After about 0.7 miles, turn right onto Hixson Pike. Cardboard Hill will be on your right after a short distance. Parking is available nearby.

From Ruby Falls, you will first need to catch a bus. Walk to the nearest bus stop at the intersection of Ruby Falls Rd and TN-148 S. Board the Chattanooga Area Regional Transportation Authority (CARTA) bus route 4 towards Downtown Chattanooga. Ride for about 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Broad St and 4th St. Transfer to route 2 towards Hixson. After about 15 minutes, get off at the stop near Manufacturer's Rd.
