From Smyrna, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the Music City Star commuter train heading north towards Nashville. The closest station to you is the Smyrna Depot located at 100 Front St. Once on the train, disembark at the Riverfront Station in Nashville. From there, exit the station and head east on Broadway. Turn left onto 1st Ave N and continue walking until you reach James Robertson Pkwy. Turn right, and you will see Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park on your left.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bike from a local rental shop in Smyrna. Once you have a bike, head north on Sam Ridley Pkwy. Continue walking straight until you reach downtown Nashville. From there, walk towards James Robertson Pkwy, and you will find Bicentennial Capitol Mall State Park on your left.
