    Start at the Smyrna Town Center. From there, board the TANK bus route 1 towards Murfreesboro. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the stop on Old Nashville Highway near the intersection with Medical Center Parkway. From the bus stop, walk north on Old Nashville Highway for about a mile, and you will reach Stones River National Battlefield located at 3501 Old Nashville Hwy, Murfreesboro, TN 37129.

  • Bicycle

    If you have a bicycle, start from the Smyrna Town Center. Head west on Enon Springs Rd E, then turn left onto Old Nashville Hwy. Continue straight for about 6 miles. You will pass through Murfreesboro and eventually see the signs for Stones River National Battlefield. The battlefield will be on your left at 3501 Old Nashville Hwy.

    If you're up for a walk, start at the Smyrna Town Center and head southwest on Sam Ridley Pkwy. Follow it as it becomes Old Nashville Hwy after crossing the bridge.
