Bus
From Smyrna, head to the nearest bus stop located at the Smyrna Town Center. Catch the Route 2 bus heading towards Murfreesboro. Ride for approximately 15 minutes until you reach the Murfreesboro & Old Nashville Hwy stop. Once you disembark, transfer to the Route 11 bus towards Franklin. Stay on this bus for about 20 minutes until you arrive at the stop near 1113 Murfreesboro Rd. From the bus stop, walk about 5 minutes to your left to reach We Rock the Spectrum Kid's Gym.

Bike
If you prefer biking, start at the Smyrna Greenway which is located near the Smyrna Town Hall. Follow the Greenway path northwest toward the Murfreesboro Road. Once you reach Murfreesboro Rd, turn left and continue biking for about 4 miles. You will pass by several local shops and parks. Keep an eye out for the sign for 1113 Murfreesboro Rd. It will be on your right. The gym is located in a plaza.

Walking
If you are within walking distance, start at the Smyrna Town Center. Head northwest on Sam Ridley Pkwy until you reach Murfreesboro Rd. Take a left on Murfreesboro Rd and walk along the sidewalk for about 2 miles. You will walk past various shops and restaurants. Look for the plaza with 1113 Murfreesboro Rd #203 on the right side of the street. It will take around 30-40 minutes to reach the gym on foot.
