If you are driving from Johnson City, TN, take I-26 E toward Elizabethton. Continue on I-26 E for about 20 miles. Take exit 24 for TN-67 toward Elizabethton. At the end of the ramp, turn left onto TN-67 W and follow it for about 2 miles until you reach the intersection with US-19E. Turn right onto US-19E N and continue for approximately 7 miles. When you reach Elizabethton, turn left onto E Elk Ave, then another left onto S Sycamore St, and finally a right onto Blue Hole Rd. Follow Blue Hole Rd until you reach the parking area for Blue Hole, which is located at the end of the road. Parking is free.
