From Tri-Cities, get onto I-81 S from your location. Follow I-81 S for approximately 35 miles until you reach exit 421 for I-40 E toward Asheville. Merge onto I-40 E and continue for about 30 miles. Take exit 407 for US-441 S toward Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. Continue on US-441 S for about 10 miles until you reach Pigeon Forge. Once in Pigeon Forge, turn left onto Teaster Ln, and Pigeon Forge Snow will be on your right at 2533 Teaster Ln.

For public transportation, you can take a Greyhound bus from Tri-Cities to Knoxville. Once in Knoxville, you will need to transfer to a local bus service (Knoxville Area Transit) that goes to Pigeon Forge. From the Pigeon Forge bus stop, you can either walk or take a taxi to Pigeon Forge Snow located at 2533 Teaster Ln.
