If you're in downtown Austin, walk to the nearest bus stop and take MetroBus Route 20 (Cabrillo) towards the East. Ride for approximately 15-20 minutes until you reach the stop at 'Lakeshore Blvd & Riverside Dr'. From there, walk east along Riverside Drive for about 5 minutes until you reach the intersection with South Lakeshore Boulevard. Turn left onto South Lakeshore Boulevard, and you will find The Boardwalk at Lady Bird Lake on your right, approximately a 10-minute walk.

If you prefer to bike, you can rent a bike from one of the many bike-share stations located around the city. Head towards the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail. Once on the trail, follow the path along Lady Bird Lake heading east. Continue for about 1.5 miles until you reach the area near 1820 S Lakeshore Blvd. You will see signs leading to The Boardwalk.

If you are starting from the nearby area of South Congress, head north on South Congress Avenue until you reach Riverside Drive. Turn left and walk along Riverside Drive until you reach South Lakeshore Boulevard. Turn right and walk 0.3 miles to find The Boardwalk at Lady Bird Lake on your left.
