To reach Purtis Creek State Park by car, start from the center of Blackland Prairie. Head east on TX-31 E towards Eustace. Continue on TX-31 E for approximately 15 miles. As you approach Eustace, take the exit onto FM 316 N. Follow FM 316 N for about 5 miles until you see the park entrance on your left at 14225 FM 316 N, Eustace, TX 75124. Parking fees may apply, so be prepared for a small cost.
