Getting There

Take the exit toward TX-105 E. Follow TX-105 E until you reach TX-290 E. Merge onto TX-290 E and continue for about 10 miles. Take the exit toward Washington, TX. Follow Whitman Rd for about 3 miles until you reach the Barrington Plantation Historical Marker located at Whitman Rd, Washington, TX 77880. There is no cost for parking at the marker.

• Public Transportation

  For those using public transportation, take a bus from Bryan, TX to Washington, TX. Check the local transit authority for schedules and routes, as they may vary. Once you arrive in Washington, TX, you will likely need to use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft to reach the Barrington Plantation Historical Marker on Whitman Rd, which is approximately 3 miles from the bus stop.
