If you are in downtown Brownsville, start at the Brownsville Historic Museum located at 1325 E Washington St. Head east on E Washington St toward S 14th St. Turn left onto S 14th St and walk for about 0.5 miles. Continue walking straight as S 14th St becomes E Price Rd. After approximately 1 mile, take a right turn onto Old Port Isabel Rd. Ernesto Gamez Cascade Park will be on your left at 3510 Old Port Isabel Rd, about 0.3 miles down the road.
Public Transit
From the Brownsville Metro Transit station, take Route 4 (Cameron Park) bus heading towards the Cameron Park area. Stay on the bus for about 20 minutes and get off at the stop at Old Port Isabel Rd. Walk north on Old Port Isabel Rd for about 0.5 miles, and you will reach Ernesto Gamez Cascade Park at 3510 Old Port Isabel Rd.
Bicycling
If you have a bicycle, start at the Brownsville Events Center located at 1 Events Center Blvd. Head north on Events Center Blvd and turn right onto E 14th St. Follow E 14th St for about 1 mile until you reach E Price Rd. Turn left onto E Price Rd and continue for about 1.5 miles. Finally, turn left onto Old Port Isabel Rd, and you will find Ernesto Gamez Cascade Park on your left at 3510 Old Port Isabel Rd.
