    From the center of College Station, walk to the nearest bus stop and take the Brazos Transit District bus Route 26 towards Navasota. Stay on the bus for approximately 30 minutes until you reach the stop at Highway 6 and FM 158. From there, the Museum of the American GI is about a 15-minute walk. Head north on Highway 6, and the museum will be on your right at 19124 Hwy 6.
