Public Transit
If you are starting from the El Paso International Airport, take Bus Route 66 (the Airport route) towards the Downtown Transit Center. At the Downtown Transit Center, transfer to Bus Route 11 towards Westside. Stay on the bus until you reach the stop at 'Camino Real' near the marker. From the stop, walk about 0.3 miles west on Camino Real to reach the Historical Marker-Camino Real.

If you are already in downtown El Paso, head to the intersection of Texas Ave and Main St. Walk west on Texas Ave until you reach Santa Fe St. Turn left (south) and continue walking until you reach the intersection with Camino Real. Turn right (west) on Camino Real, and walk for about 1 mile. You will find the Historical Marker-Camino Real on your right.

For those who prefer biking, start from the El Paso Riverwalk. Head west towards the Santa Fe St. bridge and cross over the river. Continue on Santa Fe St. until you reach the intersection with Camino Real. Turn right (west) onto Camino Real, and bike for approximately 1 mile. The Historical Marker-Camino Real will be on your right side.
