If you are starting from the El Paso International Airport, exit the airport and head towards the bus stop located outside the terminal. Take the Sun Metro Route 66 bus towards the Downtown Transit Terminal. The bus ride will take approximately 20-25 minutes. Once you arrive at the Downtown Transit Terminal, exit the bus and walk west on E Mills Ave for about 5 minutes until you reach San Jacinto Plaza at 114 W Mills Ave.

If you are in the vicinity of the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP), walk to the UTEP bus stop and take the Sun Metro Route 11 bus towards the Downtown Transit Terminal. After approximately 25 minutes, get off at the Downtown Transit Terminal. From there, head west on E Mills Ave for about 5 minutes to reach San Jacinto Plaza located at 114 W Mills Ave.
