If you are in Westside, you can walk to the Wigwam Museum located at 110 E San Antonio Ave, El Paso, TX 79901. Start from the nearest major street in Westside, like Mesa Street or Sunland Park Drive. Head east towards Downtown El Paso. Continue straight as you cross over major avenues, such as Alabama Street and Wyoming Avenue. As you reach the downtown area, look for San Antonio Avenue and turn left. The museum will be on your right. The total walking distance is approximately 2 to 3 miles, depending on your starting point.
Public Transit (Bus)
For an alternative to walking, you can take a Sun Metro bus. Find the nearest bus stop along the main routes, such as the 5, 7, or 34. Board any bus heading towards Downtown El Paso. After about 20 to 30 minutes, get off at the stop nearest to San Antonio Avenue. From there, walk east on San Antonio Avenue for about 5 minutes, and you will reach the Wigwam Museum. Bicycle
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the bike-sharing stations in Westside. Head towards the nearest station, rent a bike, and follow the bike lanes towards Downtown El Paso.
