If you are in the Museum District, you can easily walk to McGovern Centennial Gardens. Start by heading east on Bissonnet St towards the intersection with Hermann Dr. Once you reach Hermann Dr, turn left. Continue walking along Hermann Dr for about 0.5 miles (approximately 10-15 minutes). You will see the entrance to McGovern Centennial Gardens on your right at 1500 Hermann Dr. The gardens are a beautiful spot to explore, featuring various themed gardens and a stunning conservatory.
Biking
For those who prefer biking, you can rent a bike from a nearby bike-sharing service in the Museum District. Start by heading towards the nearest bike station and locate a bike. After securing a bike, ride east on Bissonnet St towards Hermann Dr. Turn left onto Hermann Dr and continue for about 0.5 miles. The McGovern Centennial Gardens will be on your right at 1500 Hermann Dr. Remember to follow local biking rules and wear a helmet for safety.
