You can check the Midland Transit schedule online or at the bus station for the most current routes. Get off at the stop closest to Indiana Avenue. From there, walk west along W. Texas Avenue until you reach the intersection with W. Indiana Avenue. Turn left on W. Indiana Avenue, and you will find the Museum of the Southwest and the Blakemore Planetarium at 1800 W Indiana Ave. It should take about 15-20 minutes of walking from the bus stop.

If you prefer biking, rent a bike from a local bike rental service in Midland. From the downtown area, head west on W. Texas Avenue until you reach the intersection with W. Indiana Avenue. Turn left on W. Indiana Avenue, and continue straight until you reach the Museum of the Southwest at 1800 W Indiana Ave. The bike ride will take approximately 10-15 minutes, depending on your speed.

If you're close to the downtown area, you can walk to the Blakemore Planetarium. Start at the Midland County Courthouse, located at 200 Loraine St. Walk south on Loraine Street until you reach W. Texas Avenue. Turn left on W. Texas Avenue and walk until you get to W. Indiana Avenue. Turn left on W. Indiana Avenue, and the Museum of the Southwest will be on your right at 1800 W Indiana Ave. This walk should take around 30 minutes.
