From the bus stop, you can walk to the Mission, which is approximately a 10-minute walk.

Start your journey by heading south on Landa St, and then take a right onto E Common St. Continue straight until you reach TX-46, where you'll take a left. Once you reach the area near Graf Rd, you can follow local signage to Mission San Juan, which should take about 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your biking speed.
