If you are traveling by car, head towards San Antonio, TX. From downtown San Antonio, take I-35 S. Continue on I-35 S for about 5 miles, then take exit 151B for I-410 S towards McAllen. Merge onto I-410 S and continue for approximately 8 miles. Take exit 36A for U.S. 281 S towards McAllen. After about 3 miles, take the exit towards I-37 S. Continue on I-37 S for about 5 miles. Take exit 140 towards S. Presa St/Loop 13. After exiting, turn left onto S. Presa St and continue for about 1.5 miles. You will reach the Haunted Train Track, which is located at approximately 29.3173° N, 98.4435° W.

From downtown, transfer to bus route 40, which goes towards South Presa. Get off at the stop near South Presa and continue walking towards the Haunted Train Track, located approximately half a mile away at the coordinates 29.3173° N, 98.4435° W. Note that bus fares generally cost around $1.30 for a single trip, so keep some change ready or use a VIA Go card.
