If you are driving in the Permian Basin, you can easily reach the Welcome to Texas Sign located on TX-176. From downtown Midland, take TX-191 W and merge onto TX-349 S. Continue on TX-349 S for about 16 miles until you reach TX-176. Turn left onto TX-176, and the sign will be on your right-hand side within a few minutes. There is no cost for parking nearby.

If you are in Odessa, head east on I-20 E. After about 15 miles, take exit 115 for TX-191 W toward Midland. Merge onto TX-191 W and continue for approximately 20 miles. Take the exit toward TX-349 S and follow it until you reach TX-176. Turn left onto TX-176, and the Welcome to Texas Sign will be on your right. Parking is free in the vicinity.
