If you are starting from the Port Arthur Public Library located at 4615 9th Ave, Port Arthur, TX 77642, exit the library and head east on 9th Ave. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Memorial Blvd. Turn left onto Memorial Blvd and follow it for about 0.7 miles. You will see signs for Lakeshore Drive. Turn right onto Lakeshore Drive, and Boardwalk Park will be located on your left at 300-648 Lakeshore Dr.

From the Port Arthur Transit Center at 3000 Gulfway Dr, take Bus Route 1 (Eastbound). Stay on the bus for approximately 20 minutes and get off at the stop near Lakeshore Drive. From the bus stop, walk south on Lakeshore Drive for about 0.3 miles, and you will arrive at Boardwalk Park, located at 300-648 Lakeshore Dr.
