If you are starting from the Port Arthur Public Library, head south on 5th St toward 9th Ave. Continue straight onto 9th Ave, which will turn into Gulfway Dr. Walk until you reach the intersection with Lakeshore Dr. Turn right onto Lakeshore Dr, and continue walking until you see Lakeshore Park on your left. The park will be easily accessible from the sidewalk.
