If you are starting from the Port Arthur Public Library, head south on 5th St toward 9th Ave. Continue straight onto 9th Ave, which will turn into Gulfway Dr. Walk until you reach the intersection with Lakeshore Dr. Turn right onto Lakeshore Dr, and continue walking until you see Lakeshore Park on your left. The park will be easily accessible from the sidewalk.

Begin at the Port Arthur City Hall. Head south on 3rd St and take a left onto Gulfway Dr. Follow Gulfway Dr as it curves around, and then continue onto Lakeshore Dr. Keep pedaling until you reach Lakeshore Park. There are bike racks available at the park for securing your bicycle.
