From any location in South Plains, head northwest towards Amarillo on US-84 W. Continue on US-84 W for approximately 60 miles until you reach the junction with I-27 N. Merge onto I-27 N and follow the signs toward Amarillo. Take exit 135 for 34th St, then turn left onto 34th St. Continue on 34th St until you reach S Johnson St, where you will turn right. The Amarillo Historical Museum will be on your left at 1612 S Johnson St, Amarillo, TX 79102.
