From any location in Ao Nang, head towards the main road (Route 4203). Drive southeast until you reach the intersection near Ao Nang Beach. Turn left onto Route 4203 and continue for about 3 kilometers. Look for the signs directing you to Ao Nang Elephant Sanctuary. The sanctuary is located at 272 Ao Nang, Mueang Krabi 81180. There is parking available on-site.

From Ao Nang Beach, you can catch a local songthaew (shared taxi) heading towards Ao Nang town. Make sure to inform the driver that you are going to Ao Nang Elephant Sanctuary. The fare is approximately 30-50 baht per person. The journey takes around 10-15 minutes. Get off at the nearest stop to the sanctuary and walk for about 5 minutes to reach the entrance at 272 Ao Nang.
