    If you are starting from the Ayutthaya Historical Park, exit the park from the main entrance and head south towards Naresuan Road. Walk along Naresuan Road until you reach the intersection with Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District. Turn left onto Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya District. Continue straight for about 1 km. You will see Wat Samana Kottharam on your right side, just before the intersection with U Thong Road.

Wat Samana Kottharam will be on your right side, just before you reach U Thong Road.
