From Wat Mahathat, exit the temple grounds and head east on Naresuan Road. Continue walking straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Thanon Rojana. Turn left onto Thanon Rojana and walk for approximately 300 meters. You will see Wat Kasattrathirat Worawihan on your right-hand side. The total walking distance is roughly 800 meters and should take around 10-15 minutes.

If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle near Wat Mahathat. After renting a bike, exit the temple grounds and head east on Naresuan Road. Continue for about 500 meters and then turn left onto Thanon Rojana. Cycle for another 300 meters until you spot Wat Kasattrathirat Worawihan on your right. The cycling distance is similar to walking but may take approximately 5-7 minutes depending on your speed.
