If you're driving, start from the Ayutthaya Historical Park. Head southeast on Naresuan Rd toward Uthong Rd. Turn left onto Uthong Rd and continue for about 1 km. Then, turn right onto Phra That Rd. Continue straight until you reach the intersection and turn left onto Pratuchai Rd. After approximately 500 meters, you will find the ancient water tank (ถังน้ำโบราณสมัยอยุธยา) on your right at the coordinates 14.3544129, 100.5580109.

To reach the ancient water tank using public transportation, start by taking a local songthaew (shared taxi) from the Ayutthaya bus terminal. Ask the driver to take you to Pratuchai Sub-district or specifically to the area near the ancient water tank. The fare is usually around 20-30 THB. Once you arrive at the drop-off point, you may need to walk approximately 10 minutes to reach the tank, which is located at the coordinates 14.3544129, 100.5580109.

For a more eco-friendly option, consider renting a bicycle from one of the local shops in Ayutthaya. From the Ayutthaya Historical Park, head southeast on Naresuan Rd, then turn left onto Uthong Rd. Follow Uthong Rd for about 1 km and turn right onto Phra That Rd. Continue straight, and turn left onto Pratuchai Rd. The ancient water tank is about 500 meters down this road on your right. This bike ride will take approximately 20-30 minutes.
