BTS Skytrain
From your location in Bangkok, make your way to the nearest BTS Skytrain station. If you are near Sukhumvit Road, the nearest station is Asok. Take the Sukhumvit Line towards Bang Wa. After approximately 10 stops, get off at Bang Na station. From Bang Na, you will need to transfer to a taxi or a motorbike taxi to reach Bang Kachao. Show the driver the address: 'Phra Pradaeng District, Samut Prakan.' It's about a 15-minute ride to the pier for Bang Kachao.
Public Boat
Once you arrive at the pier in Phra Pradaeng, look for the public boat service heading to Bang Kachao. The boats frequently depart from the pier and will take you directly to the Bang Kachao area. Make sure to check the boat schedule; the ride will take about 5 to 10 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views of the river as you travel!
Bus
If you prefer to take a bus, from your location, find the nearest bus stop and check for buses heading towards Samut Prakan. You can take bus number 2 or 23, which will take you to Phra Pradaeng. Make sure to inform the bus attendant that you want to get off at the stop for Bang Kachao. Once you arrive, follow the signs to the public boat pier to cross over to Bang Kachao.
