If you choose to walk, head west along the Chao Phraya River for about 1 kilometer. You will see the temple on your left at 247/1 Chiang Mai Rd, Khlong San.

To get to Che Chin Khor Temple and Pagoda, you can take a boat along the Chao Phraya River. Board a Chao Phraya Express Boat at any of the piers close to your location. Get off at the 'Ratchawong Pier'. From there, it's a short walk; head east, cross the street, and continue walking straight for about 800 meters along the river until you reach Chiang Mai Rd. The temple will be on your right at 247/1 Chiang Mai Rd, Khlong San.
