Getting There

  • BTS Skytrain

    Take the BTS Skytrain to the Saphan Taksin station on the Silom Line. From there, transfer to the Chao Phraya Express Boat at the Sathorn Pier. Board a boat heading to Tha Chang Pier (N9). The journey on the boat will offer beautiful views of the river and the surrounding landmarks.

    Once you arrive at Tha Chang Pier, disembark and walk towards the exit. Sanam Luang is approximately a 10-15 minute walk from the pier. Head towards the Grand Palace, and you will see Sanam Luang across the road from the palace. Look for the large open space with the flagpole.
