Once you arrive at Phra Arthit Pier, exit the pier and head north on Phra Athit Road. Continue until you reach Maha Chai Road, then turn left. Walk straight for about 5 minutes until you see Wat Thep Thidaram Worawihan on your right.

Locate a bus stop that serves routes to the Old City area. You can take bus number 25, 53, or 82, which will take you to Ratchadamnoen Avenue. Once you get off, walk east towards Maha Chai Road. After about a 15-minute walk, turn right onto Maha Chai Rd. Continue walking until you see Wat Thep Thidaram Worawihan on your left.
