If you are traveling by car, start your journey from Surat Thani city. Head southeast on Route 41 (Surat Thani - Nakhon Si Thammarat Road) for approximately 30 km. Then, take the exit toward Route 4170, follow this road for about 10 km until you reach Na Mueang. Upon arriving in Na Mueang, look for signs directing you to Wat Kunaram, which is located at C2X2+R49. Parking is available near the temple.

To reach Wat Kunaram using public transportation, take a bus from Surat Thani to Ko Samui. Buses leave regularly from Surat Thani's main bus terminal. Once you arrive at Ko Samui, take a local taxi or songthaew (shared taxi) to Na Mueang. The journey from the ferry terminal to Wat Kunaram should take about 30 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to go to Wat Kunaram. Expect to pay around 300-400 THB for the taxi ride.
