Follow the signs for Somdet Chao Phraya and look for parking options in the area. There are several parking lots nearby, but be prepared to pay a nominal fee, which typically ranges from 20 to 50 THB per hour.
Public Transportation (BTS Skytrain)
Traveling via the BTS Skytrain is a convenient option. Head to the Saphan Taksin station on the Silom Line. From Saphan Taksin, take Exit 2 and walk to the Sathorn Pier. From there, you can take a Chao Phraya Express Boat towards the Nonthaburi direction and alight at the Phra Arthit Pier. Walk approximately 15 minutes to reach the Phra Pokklao Bridge. The boat fare is approximately 15-30 THB depending on your destination.
Public Transportation (Bus)
You can take bus number 1, 3, or 75, which all have stops near Khlong San. Board the bus at any central bus stop and inform the driver that you want to get off at the Phra Pokklao Bridge area. The bus fare is around 8-20 THB depending on the distance. Once you get off, the bridge is a short walk away.
