From the Old City area of Chiang Mai, you can catch a songthaew (red truck taxi) from any of the main roads. Ask the driver to take you to Hang Dong District. The fare is generally around 30-50 THB. Once you reach the Hang Dong area, ask to be dropped off at 'Grand Canyon Water Park' or 'Nam Phrae.' The park is located on Canal Road (ถนนเลียบคลองชลประทาน) and is easy to spot.
