Turn left onto Charoen Prathet Road, and keep walking until you see the signs for Thipanet Road. Turn right onto Thipanet Road, and Kadmanee Market will be on your left at 185 18 Thipanet Rd.

Head to the nearest Songthaew stop, which is commonly found at major intersections or marketplaces.
