From Chiang Mai, head to the Arcade Bus Station. Take a bus to Phuket, which typically takes around 24 hours. Once you arrive at the Phuket Bus Terminal, you can take a local songthaew (shared taxi) to Kathu. Inform the driver that you need to go to Kathu Business Street. The journey will take approximately 20 minutes.

Travel to Chiang Mai Railway Station and take a train to Surat Thani. From Surat Thani, you can take a bus to Phuket. Once you reach the Phuket Bus Terminal, take a local songthaew to Kathu on Kathu Business Street. The songthaew ride will take about 20 minutes.

Book a flight from Chiang Mai International Airport to Phuket International Airport. Upon arrival at Phuket Airport, take a taxi or local bus to Kathu. If you take a taxi, it will take around 30 minutes. Alternatively, you can take a local bus from the airport to the Phuket Bus Terminal and then transfer to a songthaew to reach Kathu Business Street.

Go to a travel agency in Chiang Mai and book a seat in a shared minivan to Phuket. The journey takes around 20 hours. Upon arriving in Phuket, the minivan will drop you off at a central location. From there, take a local songthaew to Kathu Business Street, which should take around 20 minutes.
