From Wat Ket, head east on Charoenrat Road. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with the Ping River. Turn left onto the bridge over the river. Once you cross the bridge, continue straight on the same road, which will become Somphot Chiang Mai 700 Pi Rd. Wiang Kum Kam will be located on your right after about 3 kilometers. The walk should take approximately 40-50 minutes.

From Wat Ket, find a tuk-tuk driver nearby. Negotiate the fare (it should typically be around 100-150 THB). Ask the driver to take you to Wiang Kum Kam, located at 149 หมู่ที่ 2 Somphot Chiang Mai 700 Pi Rd, Tha Wang Tan, Saraphi District. The ride will take about 15-20 minutes, depending on traffic.

Rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Wat Ket. Once you have a bike, head southeast on Charoenrat Road and follow it to the Ping River. Cross the bridge and continue straight, which will become Somphot Chiang Mai 700 Pi Rd. Wiang Kum Kam will be on your right after about 3 kilometers. The bike ride should take approximately 20-30 minutes.
