Walking
From the center of Chumphon, head towards the Chumphon Railway Station, which is a well-known landmark. Once you reach the station, exit onto Route 41 (also known as Phetkasem Road). Walk south along the road for about 3 kilometers until you reach the Bang Son area. As you approach Bang Son, look for local signs directing you to Wat Khao Chedi-Phra Yai. The temple is located on a hill, so you may need to walk uphill for the last stretch. The entire journey is approximately 4 kilometers and should take around 50 minutes on foot.

Public Transport (Songthaew)
From the center of Chumphon, locate a songthaew (shared taxi) station. Take a songthaew heading towards Pathio District and inform the driver that you would like to go to Wat Khao Chedi-Phra Yai. The ride will take about 20 minutes. Ask the driver to drop you off at the nearest point to the temple, which is located in Bang Son. After getting off, you may need to walk uphill for about 500 meters to reach the temple entrance.
