If you are driving to Huai Sai Lueang Waterfall, start from the Doi Inthanon National Park entrance. Follow the main road (Highway 1009) towards the park, and pay the entrance fee, which is approximately 300 THB for foreigners and 20 THB for Thai citizens. Continue along Highway 1009 for about 13 kilometers until you reach the junction near the park's visitor center. Turn left onto the road leading to the waterfall, which is well-marked. Drive for another 3 kilometers, and you will find the parking area at the entrance to the waterfall trail. From the parking area, it's a short walk of about 500 meters to the waterfall.

Public Transportation
To reach Huai Sai Lueang Waterfall using public transportation, first, you need to get to the Doi Inthanon National Park entrance. You can take a minivan or bus from Chiang Mai to Chom Thong, which costs around 50-70 THB. Once in Chom Thong, look for a local songthaew (shared taxi) that goes to Doi Inthanon National Park. The fare for the songthaew is approximately 30-50 THB per person. Once you arrive at the park entrance, you will need to pay the entrance fee (300 THB for foreigners, 20 THB for Thai citizens). After entering the park, you can either take another songthaew to the waterfall area or hire a local guide to take you directly to Huai Sai Lueang Waterfall, which is about a 3-kilometer ride followed by a 500-meter walk.
