Car
If you're traveling by car, start from the main road in Doi Inthanon and head south towards Mae Wang. Follow Route 1009 for approximately 15 km until you reach the intersection with Route 108. Turn left onto Route 108 and continue for about 12 km. Look for signs for Mae Win, then turn right onto the road leading to Mae Win. After about 5 km, you will find signs for Blue Tao Elephant Village on your left. There is no entry fee for the village, but activities may have additional costs.

Public Transportation
To reach Blue Tao Elephant Village using public transportation, catch a local songthaew (shared taxi) from Doi Inthanon to Mae Wang. The journey will take around 30-40 minutes and cost approximately 30-50 THB. Once you arrive in Mae Wang, you can hire a motorbike taxi or take another songthaew to Mae Win, which will cost around 20-30 THB. Upon reaching Mae Win, look for signs directing you to Blue Tao Elephant Village. Be aware that public transportation can be infrequent, so plan your return trip accordingly.
