At this intersection, continue straight onto Route 3199. After about 500 meters, you will see a sign for the Giant Raintree (Monkey Pod Tree) on your left. Follow the path leading to the tree.

Songthaew (Local Shared Taxi)

You can also take a Songthaew from Tha Maka to the Giant Raintree. Look for a Songthaew heading towards Mueang Kanchanaburi District and ask the driver to drop you off near Ko Samrong area. The fare is usually around 20-30 THB per person. Once you get dropped off, walk about 300 meters to reach the tree.
