Getting There

• Car

  If you are driving, head towards the southern part of Koh Chang. From White Sand Beach, take Route 3149 south and follow the signs toward Klong Prao Beach. Continue on this road until you reach the junction with Route 318. Take a left onto Route 318 and follow it until you reach the area of Koh Chang Tai. Look for signs towards หาดหวายแฉก, which is located at the coordinates X986+34. The final stretch will involve a short drive down a smaller road that leads directly to the beach.

• Songthaew (Shared Taxi)

  To reach หาดหวายแฉก via public transportation, you can take a songthaew from any major beach area such as White Sand Beach or Klong Prao Beach. Simply tell the driver you want to go to หาดหวายแฉก. The fare is typically around 50-100 THB per person, depending on your starting location. The songthaew will drop you off near the entrance to the beach, from where it is a short walk to the sandy area.

• Motorbike Rental

  For the more adventurous, renting a motorbike is a great way to explore Koh Chang and reach หาดหวายแฉก. Rental shops are available in most tourist areas. Expect to pay around 200-300 THB per day for a motorbike. Navigate to the southern part of the island by following the same route as described for cars. Parking is usually available near the beach entrance.

• Walking

  If you are staying nearby, you can also walk to หาดหวายแฉก from your accommodation. Look for local signs and ask locals for directions if needed. Walking is a pleasant way to experience the island, and you may discover other beautiful spots along the way.
