If you're driving from the White Sand Beach area, head south on Route 6 (also known as the Koh Chang main road). Continue for approximately 10 kilometers until you reach the intersection at Koh Chang Tai. Turn left onto Route 3183. Follow this road for about 5 kilometers, and then turn right onto a smaller road leading towards the Khao Laem Mountain area. Keep an eye out for signs indicating the trailhead. There may be limited parking available at or near the trailhead.

Songthaew (shared taxi)
From popular areas like White Sand Beach or Lonely Beach, you can catch a songthaew heading towards Koh Chang Tai. These are shared taxis that run along the main road. Inform the driver of your destination, Khao Laem Mountain Trek, and they will drop you off as close to the trailhead as possible. The fare typically ranges from 30 to 60 THB depending on the distance. Once you are dropped off, you may need to walk a short distance to the trailhead.

Motorbike Taxi
If you prefer to travel faster or have limited time, you can hire a motorbike taxi from your location in Koh Chang. Agree on a price beforehand, which can range between 100 to 200 THB for a ride to Khao Laem Mountain Trek. The driver will take you directly to the trailhead. Be sure to wear a helmet and ride safely.
