Start from your location in Koh Lanta and head towards the main road (Route 4245). Drive north until you reach the intersection with Route 4. Take a left onto Route 4 and continue driving until you reach the ferry terminal at the northern end of Koh Lanta. The ferry to Ko Lanta Noi costs about 30 THB per person and departs frequently throughout the day. Once you arrive at Ko Lanta Noi, you can either take a local long-tail boat to Ko Talabeng, which costs approximately 1,500 THB for a private boat (this can be shared with other passengers to reduce costs) or you can arrange for a tour that includes transport to Ko Talabeng.
