If you are driving from any location in Koh Lanta, head towards the main road (Route 4245). Follow the signs towards Kantiang Bay. Continue on this road until you reach the intersection near the Lanta Animal Welfare center. Take a left at this intersection and follow the road until you see signs for Tham Khao Mai Khew. The cave is located approximately 4 km from the intersection. Look for parking areas near the entrance.

Public Transportation (Songthaew)
To reach Tham Khao Mai Khew using public transportation, catch a Songthaew (shared taxi) heading towards Kantiang Bay from any of the main tourist areas in Koh Lanta. Make sure to tell the driver you are going to Tham Khao Mai Khew. The fare should be around 50-100 THB depending on your starting point. Once you arrive at the Tham Khao Mai Khew area, you may need to walk approximately 1 km to reach the entrance of the cave.
